Should children be running and screaming at 10pm

Schools have been back on Wednesday and Thursday last week. There are two sisters (guessing 5 and 7) who have been running, screaming and riding bikes at 10pm-11pm on the day before school. Even my neighbour who leaves at 6am finds it difficult to sleep.

I don’t think it’s reasonable for anyone to be making an unnecessary noise that disturbs neighbours at that time of night, regardless of their age.

Are the children supervised? A five and seven year old should be in bed and not outside at that time. Did they do think before or during the summer holidays?

Most days. It drives me, neighbour and someone else who I talk to. The road is set as a square with a playground in the middle
