To ask for help with new early morning routine

I have a new role with a much earlier start time and I'm struggling!
I need to leave home at 6am to be parked by 6.15am (my work designated car park is a 20 minute walk to my actual work area)
I'm getting up at 5.15am currently. No shower at home only bath so I'm bathing at night, hut I still need to straighten my hair and do make up (my role needs me to be smart)
At the moment I'm feeling very frazzled. Anyone used to this pattern and can give me any time saving tips or things they do to make it easier? I could maybe set the alarm to 5am each day but I'll have to be in bed by 8pm every night at this rate! 😀 any advice gratefully received

A 5am start is only 15 minutes earlier to wake up, personally I think 45 mins isn't long enough (especially if you're having to do hair and makeup) and you'll be more tired from the rushing around in the morning than you would be from getting up at 5.

Set everything out the night before- clothes, bag, keys etc. Slim down your makeup routine. Do your hair the night before and sleep in a silk bonnet.

Do you have breakfast? Do you have to make a lunch?

I get up at 5.30am to leave at 7.15am to do nursery drop off before work, I go to bed at 9.30pm so I still get 7½ hours sleep.

I try to prepare as much as I can the night before so work clothes out ready, make up bag out ready, make lunch the night before. It takes me 15-20 mins to put on make up whilst I have my coffee, 10 mins to straighten hair, 5 mins to get dressed so I'm usually done and ready to go in around half an hour, the rest of my time is just getting the toddler out of bed washed, dressed, fed, teeth brushed and out the door 🫠
