Anyone had Cystocopy with urethral Dilatation

Has anyone had this done - I'm due to have this due to weak urine flow and not emptying bladder fulling. I would like to know if I should have this done or not? I'm not in pain but I wondered if this could cause problems later in life?

I've it a few times. Burns like fire for 24hrs after, but fine after that. Gave me respite from my symptoms (frequency). No long term issues with the procedure itself.

What is the difference between a rigid or flexible cystoscopy?
