Vinted Parcel not received and no refund!

I brought a dress on Vinted in June, it was never received and I raised a refund request within the timeframe for doing so.
I have still not received a refund and Vinted are ignoring me!
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and has any advice on how to resolve.
Not sure if I am being unreasonable in expecting this to be sorted by now.

How are they ignoring you? Are you emailing them/talking to customer service chat? Keep escalating

That's odd. Normally after non delivery you would get a refund right away if you raise an issue. What was their initial response?

Ye that's very odd. They refund quite quickly normally

Is the tracking showing as delivered or something? I agree refunds are usually quick.

I registered a refund request within the timeframe allowed. They responded to say they are investigating. I have sent several email reminders but Vinted don't respond.

Edited to add - if it was a verified designer one, they may have different protocols to how they deal with a high street £2 translation.

No tracking information does not show as delivered, it shows as being with Royal mail delivery office since June.

I think it depends on the courier. I had one recently where something I sold was lost, and we had to wait 28 days from the end of the max delivery period or something stupid

Yeesh. Royal Mail seems like the wild west these days. I turn it off in my preferences

That’s strange that Vinted haven’t come back to you. Usually they’re pretty quick. Have you sent them the screen shot of Royal Mail’s tracking showing that they never even attempted delivery to you? With Royal Mail via Vinted you have to wait a whole month before RM admit it’s lost/not been delivered but once RM confirm this, Vinted usually refund pretty quickly. (I had the same issue a few months ago - my Vinted parcel got as far as the RM delivery office and then the tracking never changed).

I find that Vinted come back to you quickly, but if there is an issue and they don't agree with you they tend to say "We won't be speaking to you on this issue any more" and then don't reply

I ordered a ring and 4 bras showed up
Someone had put my label over the original label (which has someone else's address on) so I ended up with their parcel
Vinted have been totally useless,first closing the case then when I complained,they contacted evri,who contacted me and I'm now waiting for them to say the case is closed again
How hard is 'someone put my label over the right label?'
They just seem to think that it was delivered and I'm making a fuss over nothing
