What is happening with Ocado? First the website change made ordering more time consuming and it is difficult to navigate, now they have changed the order cut off time for a morning delivery from 9.20pm to 5.25pm.
Don't they realise that a lot of people are busy at 5.25pm feeding the family, going to activities etc? 9.20pm gives time to think about the shopping for the week and plan meals.
I sent them an email and they went on about making systems more efficient etc and how they have a shiny new depot where my orders will now be coming from which, ironically, is closer to me than the old one!
The reply was more about what was best for them rather than their customers, one of which they are likely to be losing,
