…to ask about Ashwagandha?

Hello, just wondering if anyone could recommend a good, effective form Ashwagandha - as in where to buy it? I understand it needs to have KSM-66 and L-theanine and L-tryptophan to work? Have people tried it from NurtitionGeeks?
thanks so much 😀

What is it good for ? I keep seeing people talking about it

am using the nutrition geeks one - have been for about 8 weeks. In June, I was in a right state emotionally, literally climbing the walls. Feel normal again now. Could be placebo effect, no idea, but will be continuing to take them for the foreseeable.

Does it actually work?
I heard it helps with tinnitus??

My friend finds it helpful for anxiety, but it can can cause issues if you need surgery (clotting I think) if you have medical issues seek advice first

I buy it from iherb. I have had real bouts of anxiety when I stop taking it (apparently you shouldn’t take it every day) but am ok when back on it. I have only been taking it for a few weeks so still in the early days.

I tried it for anxiety..I was hopeful, but it didn’t work for me.

I take it alongside magnesium, mostly for peri related anxiety/sleep. All I can say is since I have been regularly taking both the quality of my sleep has massively improved and I don’t seem to get the 3 am waking caused by cortisol spikes. If I do wake (rare) it’s a gentle, because I need the loo type wake not a racing heartbeat one. I use nutrition geeks like I do for magnesium.
