Aibu unreasonable in saying we do not need to take 6 year old to dentist before her check up at end of October after her first baby tooth has wobbled out BUT a small part of it seems to still be in gum? Partner thinks we should get an earlier appointment. I am thinking fine to wait and the rest will probably fall out in due course...... surely kids teeth dont always wobbly out fully initially?!

Are you sure it's not just the new one coming through?

I dont think so as the tooth that has come out looks a little jaggered and almost like it would puzzle fit the remnants in her mouth. Surely it will come out on its own? I dont see how much would change before end of october?

Yes It’ll be fine. Just keep an eye to make sure there’s no infection.

The new teeth that grow through are very jagged initially then smooth out after a while!
