DS age 11 has been refusing to see his dad for 18 months. Currently a section 7 ongoing.
Refusal has been because of some incidents that have scared him.
CAFCASS have said this week that they think he isn't scared of dad just of what he might do when he is with him! Surely that's the same thing...
Anyway they are recommending facilitates contact which I know he won't want or won't do.
I thought CAFCASS were there to be the voice of the child. I feel like he isn't being listed to.
I'm not sure what to do from here!!
