Getting pregnant at 38?

I had my first child at 35, I suffered from gestational diabetes, has a postpartum haemorrhage and then developed a womb infection.

Thankfully DC was fine.

DC will be 2 in a few months and I would like to have more children.

I have also recently been diagnosed with endometriosis.

Obviously I am concerned about going through the same thing again and leaving DC without a mom.

But I have always wanted a big family and I love being a mom.

Has anyone got pregnant in their late 30s and early 40s without any issues?

I had an unplanned pregnancy at 42. I was ok but got GD and had a c section as my baby was breech and I refused to have him turned (bad experience). All in all I was fine
