What age are baby swings for?

Ds is 10 months, is he old enough to go in a baby swing at the park?

They're fine once they can sit up.

We used them from 6 months till 3 years. When they turned 4 they used the proper ones.

With my first from about 6 months because I was more excited than the baby to start using them, but in hindsight I think that was too young.

9 or 10 months I think is about right - once they are sitting very, very strongly and take up a bit more space in the seat.

They won't grow up deprived or undeveloped if you wait until their first birthday.

Yes we used them from 6 months too. As soon as they can sit up they can go in one.
