Not able to get access due to no passport

My little one is in nursery for a year and I've always applied for the funded hours no issue.

However I had my phone and driving licence stolen and I can't get into my government gateway account... I don't have my user name and tried to reset and won't work. I have called and no one can do it manually.

I'm crying ATM as today is my last day.

I don't have a passport or have my driving licence to provide that as id. It's still not arrived and I've had the fee for driving licence refund.

I just do it, please help, is there another way?

What went wrong with recovering your gateway ID? You just put in your email and it will get sent over, then go through the access steps.

Alternatively, is the dad still on the scene? He could apply for the funded hours this time using his own gateway ID.

I can't recover without Id, of which I have none. I've tried over three weeks

Send me the link of where I just put in my email address

Do you have any devices that remember your User ID?

I can use my passport as it will scan it, and I create a new id and has all the details.

No longer have a UK passport.

Yes I couldn't reset it so I had to create a new account.... Same email address. Seems bizarre but worked.
