I’m off to wales this weekend and it’s due to rain bad all weekenD
its hard not to be disappointed but also it t out my control so I hate stressing about it but its still rubbish .(
my one summer holiday and forecast rain all weekend :(

Where are you going and how old are Dc? Maybe some of us can make suggestions of things to do.

We spent many a rainy holiday in the U.K. when DC were small -we once spent hours on Scarborough beach in full wet weather gear building sandcastles, the kids still had a great time!

Rain doesn’t have to mean a ruined holiday.

Sorry OP - I agree it is shit.

I know people on here say ‘no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing’ but I hate it, and that bloody phrase!

Who wants to walk round in the rain?! And damp weather kicks off my asthma …-and makes my hair frizzy.

Hope you can find something to do, and the weather isn’t as bad as the forecast suggests

Rain happens. Especially in the west of the UK. YABU to expect anything else.
