To report this behaviour to her manager?

There’s a woman at work who whenever I call her she completely ignores it (she’s showing as green on teams), she never acknowledges the call, if I send her a message asking her to call back she doesn’t read it.

Shes not high up, I’m probably at a higher level. I just think it’s really unprofessional. I miss calls but I’ll always acknowledge it.

Can you email her saying

“I have been trying to reach you re XYZ but getting no response. There seem to be some communication issues - are you sure you’re Teams notifications are working?”

and CC her manager

You could even add “CCing “Manager” in case there are some technical issues that require attention.”

Have you tried other ways of talking with her? Maybe book a time for a call?

I wouldn't report as such, just start a paper trail of emails, if that doesn't elicit a response just start copying in her manager so they can see there's an issue...
