What would you do with these symptoms

I’ve been feeling really tired faint and dizzy for about three days. If I stand u I nearly blacking out. Like a camera lens closing and feeling like I’m going to faint. Just took my BP and it’s 85 over 75. I’ve not been eating much as I don’t feel great.

i contacted my GP via patches this morning but not heard. 111websire says call 999 which is bonkers but ..wondering if I should do the walk on but there’s no way I can drive

I’m considering calling 111 but they always seem to over react and my lock a and e is like a war zone

I don't see what other option you have, I definitely wouldn't be driving anywhere!

Could be very low iron? My sister had this and was weak and dizzy, had to be admitted to hospital for an iron infusion.
