First time massage…bra or no bra?

So I’m not a touchy feely person at all and the idea of being massaged has never appealed to me

but

my new partner booked us in for a spa break this week and included is a massage.

never had one before! Do I go no bra or in bra? Also do I get given a towel or robe or something? Complete newbie a step by step instruction would be amazing lol

You go in dressed. They leave so you can undress and put a towel over yourself.

As above. You take everything off except your knickers in the room, then lie on the bed and cover yourself.

No bra, otherwise it will get covered in oil. Ditto pants - you'll be give a paper pair. You'll be covered in towels, apart from the bit that's being massaged and she/he will then recover that bit (arm/leg/back) and move onto the next bit.

How can they massage your back & shoulders with a bra on?

They'll leave you to get undressed. Chuck the bra off and leave your pants on. I've always been instructed to hop on the table and pull the blanket over me.

And then..... relax and enjoy. I love it!
