Large feet - school shoes

My 13yo son has adult feet size 8/9/10, not sure which until he gets measured. I’m guessing we can’t go to Clark’s now his feet are so big. So where do people go for large sturdy smart black school shoes?

Clarks sells adult shoes which fit the bill. I think mine had those a couple of times. I've bought a few pairs of DMs and, once they were 15, a couple of pairs of nasty things from ShoeZone as I decided they could tell me if they fitted.

I had to buy size 12 school shoes for my DS. Check out sports direct and eBay for that size clown shoes. He is 6’4” but jeez it took some googling.

Marks and Spencer go up to size 9 in school shoes and I’ve always bought them for DS. However he’s now needing size 10 so I had to look elsewhere. Found a decent pair in Deichmann (not sure of spelling) and he reports that they are just as comfy as his previous M&S ones. Think they were £38 but I paid less with blue light discount.

At my sons school they must wear formal lace ups, black. All the age groups wear the pointy style mens shoes, Next,River Island or Diechman. Clarks are considered primary school shoes.
