AIBU to ask Eurocamp for compensation for our holiday last week?
Arrived at the campsite on Tuesday teatime to discover no water across the whole park. Pool closed, no water in our mobile home and no way to flush toilets or shower.
This continues into the next day until late afternoon. We could use the toilets in a block a few mins away but the whole site was using them and they were disgusting with no toilet roll.
Fixed by late afternoon on day two.
It happened again on day four although only for the day.
The kids were more concerned about the pool to be honest but we had a full toilet, a sink full of dishes and couldn’t wash.
Reception were less than useless and there was nowhere in the area to move to.
It was then fixed until our last day when the shower cut out mid way through a shower and would only work on freezing setting.
Aside from that we booked an XL home that was far from XL with no space at all in one of the bedrooms. You had to literally shuffle sideways around the bed.
And the music in the bar was appalling with the animation team choosing to play music with repeated swear words.
Despite this, we did have a good time but I resent paying almost £1000 for this.
