Holiday for forty somethings

Hi all. Need some suggestions please. Trying to plan a family holiday next April for two seventy year olds (fit) and three x forty year olds. Son -40 likes Vegas but we need somewhere else for a change. He doesn’t like beach holidays. Husband thinks he’s still a teenager and wants ‘lively’ 🙄 HELP!

New York?
Miami?
A cruise?

Villa on west coast of France with a pool. Good food. Good cycling. Surfing. Paddle boarding. Not too expensive. And you can drive or fly to La Rochelle.

Iceland but that’s a bit more pricey. As is Venice. But both amazing. I loved Piza too. Go to Sorrento and see Herculaneum and Pompeii. Easter in Greece is amazing. It’s like their Christmas. Corfu is great in April.

Also I’ve never been but everyone who goes to Montenegro says it’s amazing. It’s on my list. Sounds like you are still paying for your holidays for your 40 year old teenagers so I won’t suggest my two favourite places on the planet which are Easter island and Galapagos.
