Katie Price and the rift with her kids?

I think that Peter Andre treated Katie badly and now it seems like the kids have turned on her?

Shes not allowed to be on Princess' show apparently

she has said that PA is gaslighting her and she is putting it all in the hands of solicitors.

In fact PA has only stated the truth which can be backed up by court documents
KP would be better served by admitting her failings and proving she is trying to change but I don't think that is likely.

I have to say that I am surprised she has been allowed to parent Harvey. I would imagine there has been some kind of Soc services involvement there as well because he is actually the most vulnerable of all her children.

He's an adult now and I think he's in residential care but her mum did a lot of the care when he was younger .

When they met (each other - not "him meeting her"), she was a past-it Page 3 model whose "career" was in free-fall. Peter's manager, Claire Powell, re-packaged them as a family brand (laughable really, knowing what we now know about Katie's lifestyle) and their joint venture went viral.
After they split, Peter's career continued successfully and, whether you like his style/work or not, he has nonetheless been featured on TV programmes, concerts, West End and provincial touring shows. What has Katie done? Taken lots of drugs, had endless "beauty" treatments and surgery and made a complete exhibition of herself online for attention.
The threshold for removing children from a parent is very high, so there is obviously much more than we know that went on behind the scenes if four of her five unfortunate kids were taken from her care.
And for those who bleat about her being "a great mum" to Harvey? Well, I would dispute that, for a start. She's never looked after him alone - always had family, husbands, boyfriends, random mates or babysitters on hand and she parades him online currently with no regard for any consent on his part, or respect for his dignity.
"What has Katie supposed to have done?" The woman is a complete disgrace and should be cancelled immediately (although at least ITV do now refuse to feature her on screen).

Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I don’t think you’ll find many people defending KPs behaviour. Certainly not me.

But there doesn’t have to be goodies and baddies, villains and saints.

KP has always courted the press through scandalous behaviour and back then her Jordan alter ego. It is my opinion that PA gained a lot more fame off the back of her than the other way round and has continued to do so. I think him and his management have used her downfall to elevate his image.

Same as some of her other boyfriends/husbands. Her ex husband has also found a list fame off the back of her.

None of it excuses the things she done, she could have carved out a good career/image for herself. But she’s quite clearly got very bad mental health problems. She’s got ADHD. It’s not an excuse but I don’t take pleasure out of seeing anyone ruin their life.

Does anyone know who has care of her younger two children as last I knew their father wasn’t allowed to see the boy Jett after his girlfriend threw food at him.

KP hasn't been well for many years and when every passing knucklehead latches onto her for a bit of tabloid fame and then departs, she just gets more and more ill as she cannot handle abandonment of any kind - yet it's all she knows. While caring for Harvey within the family is brave and admirable, It has no doubt had a huge impact on the other children and her own mental health. Can you imagine the outrage if she put Harvey into residential as a child though? Drugs, dysfunctional relationships, body dysmorphia, the cartoon-like body, the pathelogical need to be loved or in a relationship or the endless pets and babies to cuddle - all part of the same illness. She'll be dead soon, this rift with Princess will finish her. Still...more publicity for CAN and co. It didn't take long for Princess' TV show to put Peter and Claire back in the tabloids or for Peter to start telling the world how alwful Katie is again. I feel so sorry for Princess and Junior. One parent is sick, the other parent has a career out of condemning the sick parent. I hope that once day they can distance themselves from all this toxic madness.

Sadly I don't think it will be long before there is a tragic headline about Katie Price. I agree with other posters who have said that she is seriously mentally unwell. I also cannot imagine how her body is coping with the seemingly endless "cosmetic" procedures which are of course surgery and like all surgery will place a strain on her body. She will go to war with Andre over this and it will get nastier and ever more grim with allegations and revelations.

This. He clearly has no interest in her, whatsoever. He’s just one of a long line of her exes, not sure why she seems to fixate on him, more than any of her many others.

There’s not many times I’d say this, but all of her children are better off without her around. She is extremely toxic and destabilising. She is a textbook narcissist, likely with further extreme personality issues.

Their paternal grandma has them. Kieran was never banned from seeing them. They went on a custody visit to KP and she refused to give them back. She didnt allow Jett to go to school for 18 months as she knew if both were at school Kieran would go and pick them up, so he was kept home. They were only allowed separate visitation as she knew dad would keep them then as well. She made false police allegations about Kieran that were all no further actioned by the police just to keep the custody battle ongoing. She has behaved appallingly and not in the best interest of the kids at all.

He's only got as far as he has because he met Katie in the jungle. He'd still be singing in social clubs if he hadn't. I actually think he targeted her because he saw her as his meal ticket.

Just because she posts pictures and peddles him out to sit next to her at interviews does not mean she has given him any care.

She should have been protecting him, not exposing and using him for her own gain.

She's a car crash and while Ive read numerous threads excusing her by way of saying she's got this or that disorder, or she had this or that trauma, the bottom line is she is an adult and responsible for herself and her behaviour and her children have been badly parented by her.

She has killed numerous pets through neglect, its only by luck her children havent been severely physically harmed although they probably have emotionally.

He’s a narcissistic gaslighter but I agree she hasn’t helped herself

Her kids didn’t leave her, they were taken away because of her extremely harmful parenting.

All those poor animals - Dead because of her neglect.

God knows what state JJ will be in by the time he escapes. and then she’ll move on to the next poor bastard stupid enough to fall for her bollocks.

Maybe he's not a great guy, and the courts have seen that, but he is 100% better than KP has been with those kids. This is the "mother" who got banned from the school for screaming abuse at another mum and calling her a cunt in front of all the kids. This is the "mother" who got so wasted on drink and drugs on christmas day that bunny was on a live YouTube trying to eat dried raw noodles and saying she hadnt had anything to eat all day. It was heart breaking. This was also the "mother" who let her very young daughter start a YouTube channel of her putting on make up with no safeguarding at all for the child. Those kids have seen far too much and will be so damaged by what KP has done to them for the rest of their lives. I am glad the courts have put a ban on them being on or mentioned on social media.

Look, as I’ve said repeatedly. I’m not going to try to excuse KP behaviour. There’s absolutely no doubt that she went completely off the rails. She was always troubled, but she just got worse. I do hope that she could one day sort herself out so to speak. Because I don’t take pleasure in her or anyone’s downfall.

What always baffles me though is why so many people are determined to paint Peter Andre, Kieran Hayler and all the others as saints.

The whole lot of them are just not very good people.

I think he would have had a similar (though smaller) boost to fame just by going into the jungle. Probably still have got offered stuff like small role in Greece or hosting slots on good morning /this morning and as he is pretty inoffensive and probably turns up on time and is polite probably gets more work from that.

Probably the same things Jett and Bunny did : drugs,chaos, failure to prioritise parenting, sex in front of them... I expect a lot of it though was general neglect.

It is alleged these KP had sex whilst young Jett and Bunny were in the same room and showed them her vagina/vulva afterwards.
