I think he got married to her thinking they both wanted the same thing, settle down ,family life and that they'd settle into that way of living.

Whereas I think she got very bored once the adrenaline of the big wedding wore off. The excitement of the pregnancies and was left living this rather "boring" life.

It's why she always needs to 'get pregnant ' with every bloke: it's not the baby or the child she wants. It's the novelty and excitement of a big life event. She doesn't know how to live the parts of life (that should form the majority of our living ) that are just 'cruising' where there's no big highs of lows. Hence why she kept bullying Peter like a high school mean girl and then shagged her dressage instructor.

Re: the SA, even Katie herself didn't say she'd been gang-raped at 7, so forgive us if we don't pay great attention to your posts. Interestingly, ITV have not had Katie on screen since that time, as she effectively accused them of not taking proper care of her.

I agree that she has very low self esteem. I remember watching an interview of her as Jordan when she was about 2 - 3 months pregnant with Harvey. It was on Frank Skinner's chat show and you could tell that he could sense her vulnerability.

Just like she does with all the baby animals that have ended up neglected and dead.

I just watched Princess's series and there doesn't seem to be any rift between her and KP. She constantly says how close they are and that KP isn't at her (obviously tv show/manager Claire organised) birthday party because she doesn't like having her mum and dad at the same event.

KP is apparently upset that Princess is being managed by Claire which I can understand, but I think the rift has just been fabricated by the media.

When you think of the reality of what KP’s children have been put through it is actually quite sad and depressing despite them all putting on showbiz smiles and showing of their lifestyle.

Princess kind of touches my heart because they are so vulnerable at that age when they are just stepping out into the world. She is no different to other young women her age. I hope she enjoys these incredible opportunities to meet interesting people and travel. And that her druggie mum doesn’t spoil it for her.

So he decides to approach her father and tells him he has feelings for Emily and the Father gives permission - you could argue the father didn't have much choice really, but isn't that pretty much the case these days anyway? - but the father does say he felt he suspected there was chemistry between the two of them and gives permission.

There's a couple ways of looking at it. PA meets the surgeon father who operates on him. Emily as per PP above, finds out father has contact with PA and asks to meet him. Father introduces her. Peter Andre takes a shine to Emily and stays in touch with the surgeon ostensibly with the purpose of continuing to be in her orbit but possibly styling it as some higher purpose.

Peter Andre meeting Emily was totally sensitive to her younger age and so held back from making a bold move, instead getting to know her through interacting with her family, and introducing her family to his. He realises this would be serious and not a mere fling. He observes her character and her family values and likes what he sees. He is totally respectful in his interactions with her and respectfully seeks her father's approval before dating her.

It does say Junior and Princess are still quite young children when they are introduced.

I personally would not like my daughter to be a step mother at such a young age and for her first serious relationship, but life isn't always neat and tidy and she is immensely sensible and her based family values have translated well to being a very good SM.

I am not sure if she became a practicing GP before their first child was born. It's absolutely ages ago but I seem to recall her taking some time out but that could have been afterwards.

Speaking differently to their next girlfriend is just another abuse tactic by controlling men.

KP is an abusive hot mess. She treats everyone appallingly - including staff, partners, pets.

PA is not a very interesting or a very talented man, he’s rather whiny and self-absorbed but he’s not abusive.

But between them their business model for years has been to promote pete and Emily as the "not Katies"

No idea what Peter Andre's relationship with Katie Price was like, but from the perspective of the two kids she had with him, they have a father who provides a stable family household environment with a pleasant, ordinary stepmum, but they have a mother who brings man after man after man into their lives (and has done so throughout their childhoods, with barely a break between them), is mentally unstable, constantly has major, risky surgeries, overshares about their lives all the time, repeatedly buys family pets which then die in accidents due to her neglect/inattention, has significant substance abuse problems, let their home fill with rubbish and dog shit, is regularly in trouble with the law and generally makes their lives erratic, chaotic and embarrassing.

Honestly, if my mum had behaved like that, my relationship with her would have been very, very strained indeed by the time I was Princess's and Junior's ages. If you had a friend whose mother behaved like that, you'd be telling them to distance themselves from her for the sake of their own mental health.

If I was a reality TV producer I would commission a show with Kerry Katona and Katie Price sharing a flat in which they attempted to pay back their creditors by training for and doing various normal jobs (waitressing, beauty parlours, office work, shop assistants, prison officers, cleaners). Nothing to do with modelling, influencing, or presenting. They would have drug tests and would not be allowed to have boyfriends, surgery or alcohol for the duration of the show as they seem addicted to these things. They would not be able to use their kids to make them look like earth mothers. Just them facing “reality”.

I remember a series many years ago similar to this where a celebrity had to go undercover & do a normal person's job without being uncovered. Jordan, as she was known then, had to muck out stables & look after horses. I found she came across as a hugely entitled, attention seeking pain in the ass. She was not pleasant at all from what I recall. And this was before she was really famous. She may have been pregnant with Harvey at the time
