AIBU to be worried about this?

I have health anxiety which I have had intensive therapy for over many years however I am unsure if this is a health anxiety spiral or whether I should actually be worrying?
I saw my dentist only last week for a check up and he didn’t say anything about this but I didn’t point it out.
I seem to be really worrying about my tonsils/mouth at the moment.
About a month ago I noticed a bump on the side of my tongue but because I’m getting better with my anxiety I forgot about it, I noticed that it was still there yesterday and now I’m panicking.
I will attach a photo, should I be calling my GP or dentist on Monday or has anyone had this and it’s been okay…
thanks all

It looks the same colour as the rest of your tongue . Is it sore? I don’t think that would worry me but then I don’t look closely at my tongue.

No it isn’t sore, just feels raised when I run my finger along the edge but just slightly.

It’s doesn’t scream dodgy to me. Keep an eye on it and if it changes get it checked.
