To ask how car boot sales are doing now?

How are car boots doing now that Vinted and Ebay and Marketplace are going strong?

Does anyone still do them? Is it worth the bother when you can sell from.home?

I use to love car boot sales, for homewares and decor mostly, but this year I've found people selling stuff that's broken and incredibly tatty. Basically just rubbish.

There are a still a lot of baby and kids toys and clothes that look like bargains, but I'm passed needing those

Not very popular then.

I love bootsales. For many reasons I don't find the volume of great stuff that I used to however there are still great finds to be had if you know what to look for. I've been to two this week and bought really well overall and hope to sell some of it at the market tomorrow!!

I used to love car boots sales when they were full of people selling stuff they no longer wanted. There was a chance of a real bargain and often quality items.

Now it just feels like market traders selling Chinese shit. eg stalls full of glittery handbags, or plastic kids toys.

I've given up on them.

Been to a couple of great ones recently and found some gems, but I have really niche hobbies so it's easier to comb through stuff for.
