It's a private 15 week scan but I don't know the gender

If it's a 12 week scan, there isn't much in the way of genitals to be seen so wouldn't be looking there. I find skull theory is fairly accurate. With that in mind, if it is a 12 week scan, I'd say you're having a girl.

15 weeks changes everything. That nub is probably a penis.
