We’ve booked accommodation with parking, however the fob will not allow us access to said car park. We have complained to the host who has just replied that ‘there has never been a problem before, it’s always worked’. We sent pictures/videos of said fob not working. She said she would let us know if somebody could help us. It’s been over an hour and a half- radio silence! We’ve parked on a NCP at over £30 a day as we have reservations that we’ve paid deposits for, we will be having a drink so unable to move the car later.
Is it even worth contacting Air bnb or should we expect to take the hit financially, bearing in mind we paid premium for a car parking space in the city?
