Inner ear infection - still??

May this started!! Pain in left ear - reached a peak after flying - got antibiotics from doctor - it seemed to go away but then little signs came back - tinnitus mainly in the same ear. That’s coming and going but now …. Random dizzy spells whilst simply sat watching TV!! Surely this isn’t still inner ear infection? Google seems to think so!
Any experience of random dizziness with inner ear infections?

It could be Eustation Tube Dysfunction ,- it's quite common after an inner ear infection. It could still be unblocking from the infection.

I’ve had this kind of thing going on since an URV in December 24. My ears were bubbling inside at the time. GP has checked ears (said it takes about 3 months to clear) and my ears looked ok in April. But still, the dizziness is there. Driving me crazy.
