A positive then a negative then a positive

Hi guys, i guess i’m just looking for some comfort. Suffering loses before i’ve tested & tested. Top test was 9dpo and then it goes to 10dpo & 11dpo which was the digital saying pregnant 1-2… until now (12dpo) i’ve got my digital back this morning saying not pregnant 😪 I then (using the same urine sample) taken another version of the digital and it came back pregnant. Is this a chemical? the line was also pretty faint :( or has anyone gone thru this and it was a successful pregnancy x

I wouldn’t read the top tests as pregnant I’m afraid, the lines are incomplete and grey. There is so much wet under the cap it’s possible you are flooding the tests.

Are you taking any medications? False positives aren’t likely on digitals, but it can happen if you dip above the plastic housing on the tests, or hold it in the sample too long.

Do you take biotin in any vitamins? That can affect tests and give false negatives so, if you are, maybe stop them and retest in a few days.
I’m sorry for your previous losses. Wait a few days before you retest and use a fresh FMU, don’t keep the same sample and keep testing unless you refrigerate it. All the best

hi, with every single one of them first tests i took a clear blue digital and they all said positive to ☹️ The words have just gone off or them now as it’s been a couple days so i didn’t add them. No im not on any medication or vitamins, i took a first response this morning to and it came up positive. Took another digital and it said not pregnant again so i’m assuming my hcg levels are going back down 😪 Doctor wanted me to come in to confirm my pregnancy and put me on progesterone due to previous losses but i guess i won’t be needing that now! xx

I know it’s easier said than done but relax for a few days , whether or not you are pregnant nothing is going to change anytime soon so just look after yourself , take your vitamins if you want , they won’t hurt , but stop torturing yourself with millions of tests , plus they must be costing you a fortune !
