To ring the nursery?

When collecting DD from nursery last week, a member of staff said they noticed a bruise on her and if I knew where it came from or if id noticed it. I hadn’t and when I got home I thoroughly checked her but there was nothing there. The member of staff said they ‘weren’t judging me’. DD has come home from nursery covered in bruises on her legs (which is fine because she’s crawling so I understand that) but there is a small bruise on her stomach which I find unusual and 2 scratches on her back. Do I ring the nursery and ask where these have come from as they definitely haven’t come from being at home and I find the bruise on her stomach concerning as to where she’s got that from?

Yes it’s totally reasonable to ask if they’d noticed them. How old is she?
