BEWARE - HOME MENOPAUSAL URINE KITS

I would just like to share my experience i had with the home menopausal urine kits. For reference I am 30 years old and for the past months I experienced some perimenopausal symptoms such as low mood and anxiety.
I've bought 2 different brands of urine tests and they both came back positive for FSH of over 25. I had bloods taken within half an hour from doing the last urine test and the blood results came back 6.3 - this was done on day 4 of cycle. According to the doctors 6.3 is well within the range what it should be and is considered a normal result. All other hormones including the LH and oestradiol.
I was sick with worry whilst waiting the blood tests results thinking I'm going into early menopause. For all the people out considering to buy a home urine test, beware, they're not reliable at all.

Tbf the advice has been to not waste your money on these tests for years. Did the GP test your thyroid do you know?
Thyroid issues can cause lots of similar symptoms.
I hope you find some answers, it’s a worry when you know something isn’t right, but you don’t know what, and you end up spending money in desperation. Flowers
