i'm the same, although mine don't sleep until 9am!!! and we don't stop all day wiht school runs, shopping, playdates, housework etc. not unreasonable at all

well he gets up about 8.30 but plays with this toy in his cot whilst i get up and washed. My day is usually busy too with clubs/food shopping/house work/ visiting(even tho people think i stop at home all day and watch jeremey kyle! - only thing i get to see is big cook little cook)

YANBU.
I'm lucky if I see this side of 10pm. DS is in bed for 8pm, usually up by 7:30am. I thought it would get better the older he gets but I'm still as tired!!

DarthVader · 28/05/2008 18:49

I went to bed with my dd when she was young!

MaureenMLove · 28/05/2008 18:52

Ummm, it doesn't get any better, as they get older either. My dd is 12, so therefore I don't actually have to 'do' much for her and I'm still pooped by about, well now actually! Even less excuse atm, she's away for the week!

lulurose · 28/05/2008 18:57

No...I am quite often in bed with my book by 9pm. I have 2 dds under 4. Actually I am tired by mid afternoon some days!

I really miss those daytime naps....

its my own fault for stopping up this late (almost 11pm now - shock horror), gotta be up extra early too in the morning!! oh dear
