Looks like it, often starts on chest/tummmy/back.
You will know for sure in a few hours if they progress.
Could also be Molluscum, if they don’t spread, not sure they come out all the same time though.

id say so yes, looks identical to how both my DC were. Soak in a warm bath will bring them out if it is.

Yes...usually starts ir you notice one big spot/blister...then they double, treble, quadruple!!!
