Ways to correct Plasma pen scarring

I had a procedure using a plasma pen device (plasmage) under my eyes last November (11-18-2024). It is now July 2025 and I have dents and bumps all over under my eyes. I have tried resurfacing laser (untra) which was mild done 3 times. I have had 1 and still have 3 ResurFX laser sessions scheduled and I have already had 2 rounds of PRP. Has anybody found a way to correct this scarring? I am obviously desperate and hoping I can greatly improve these scars.

There was a long running thread on style and beauty about this .. some calling for it to be banned. I think some peoples skin improved wigh time but many seemed to remained scared years later. It’s awful , you poor thing. I’d do a search for the thread as some people did find things that improved the appearance of the dents

I read a thread from back in 2022….. I was hoping there may be something new that might help. I did see someone post that CO2 laser helped a good bit and they were going to do a second round. I hope the CO2 can help me. That is what I plan to do after my resurFX series

Issues with c02 laser too .. honestly I’d pay for a top quality cosmetic dermatologist and get advice there first .. it’s a heavy duty laser on v thin damaged skin.

I have seen a derm and we are trying retinol and the milder resurfacing lasers- but CO2 may be a last resort- although I have a history of psoriasis, so may not be able to do the ablative one.
