To have a shower?

Staying in a hotel room with friends. Both are still asleep (8am). We all have kids at home although mine is a baby I typically woke up at 6 and haven’t been able to get back to sleep!

I don’t want to be rude but also don’t want to waste the day. Is it too early to have a shower?

It’s fine to have a shower

PeonyPatch · 27/07/2025 08:08

Absolutely fine..

Morgenrot25 · 27/07/2025 08:10

Of course. It's one less person to want to go at the same time later on.

Floranan · 27/07/2025 08:10

Get in there before there while it’s free.

I think in one shared hotel room 8am is a bit selfish when you know everyone else is asleep.

If you’re able to get dried and dressed in there and slip out the room without waking them I’d go for it x

I think a shared hotel room between 4 is ridiculous, what are supposed to do, wait for everyone to wake up and then queue for shower? Please tell me people are still flushing toilet?

I'd be in the shower, why wait for them to wake up and it becomes a sodding nightmare trying to get in there.

TheSlantedOwl · 27/07/2025 10:51

Just be as quiet as you can.

Isobel201 · 27/07/2025 11:19

if you close the door and don't bang about, I'm sure its fine.
