To think pacing is just bad energy?

Whether it’s someone pacing while on the phone, pacing while anxious, or just pacing around the room for no reason - I find it unsettling. It doesn’t calm anyone down, it doesn’t make the situation better, and honestly? It feels like stress being spilled into the room.

Is it just me or is pacing low-vibe behaviour that spreads tension?

Can be.

Isn't always.

Pacing's just... walking about, really.

All 4 of my DC pace, I find it relaxing to watch. Which is just as well 😅

It's someone who can't leave the area releasing emotional and or physical energy through physical activity. It's not bad. It just is.

It's about perception and yours is negative.

I find men do it a lot. Hate it. Makes me dizzy

I pace on platforms while waiting for trains. Or while chatting to friends on the phone at home. Just getting my steps in.

When I'm on the verge of a panic attack I pace as I can't keep still, but it actually helps calm me down. My close friends and family are aware of it and ignore it, we just carry on as normal.
