Anyone else sick to death of the almost human sounding restaurant/hotel answering services these days? Just had to endure a conversation that went round and round in circles getting nowhere. Feels like I'm being duped as they've even added in regional accents for realism and the whole thing seems passive aggressive!😡Shows that the venue sees customers as a nuisance and I long for the return of genuine human connection, warmth and great customer service. Am I alone in thinking they should bring back real human receptionists rather than investing in this dystopian madness?
