Any recommendations for Bulgaria?

Hi, thinking of Bulgaria September time. Myself DH, DS and BIL.
We like beach, snorkeling eating out and generally chilling out. Not too rowdy! Any recommendations greatly received..

I honestly think September is getting too late for Bulgaria, you might be ok the first couple of weeks, I’ve been a few times at the end of August and the weather is always dropping off ( we also had some huge storms last time) we went to Sveti Vlas.
