Hi my oldest son has come to live with me, hes been back with me for over a months and my other children still live with there father. I'm currently in temporary accommodation and his dad is not taking my son off his claim as he says he has to provide for the other children and when I get my own place he will then take him off. I'm currently struggling as I have no cooking facilities and have to eat out and my son doesn't want to go live back with his father as he doesn't get on with his girlfriend. He dad has already changed there rooms round since he has come to live with me and I have changed address with school ect to say hes moved in with me. What can I do as they wont let me claim child benefit or uc for him while he still has him on his claim. Any advice would be great
