Went for an interview on Friday 11th July for a small company….not heard anything since even though they said they’d let me know the outcome on Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
I emailed the recruiter who booked me in for the interview before closing yesterday and she apologised, informed me the director has been off and a decision is being made today. I felt the interview went well and it was really positive. I know they interviewed 4 before me and one on Monday.
is this normal for companies? I’ve only ever interviewed at NHS and they’ve always let me know the same day.
Shall I send another chaser email tomorrow? I just want to know where I stand!
