How do you work when you have health issues

I have issues . I have cerebral palsy and a problem with ny blood pressure that makes me faint, I need to work for financial reasons but I’m worried how I will with these health issues? Thank you

I’m self-employed and it’s the only thing I can possibly do with my health problems.
