Hello I would say I am I bisexual but I haven’t been in a relationship with a woman but I have a crush on my colleague. She has said a few hints at being gay/bi and then glanced my way. Would it be a bad idea to open any thing up

Having seen many a workplace relationship end in disaster, I wouldn’t, male or female. Unless you’d be happy and prepared to leave the job if things didn’t work out.

This, a million times this. And if you are uncertain better to test the water elsewhere than with someone you regularly come into professional contact with. Sure, plenty of people meet their partners at work (hello, I married and divorced a colleague back in the day!) but if you are still working out how you feel about your sexuality then I think it's best to get to grips with that first with someone 'neutral' for want of a better turn of phrase.
