Is 9 months too old for a jumperoo?

I have a snug seat at the moment for my 9 month old but I’ve been thinking about a jumperoo to encourage him to stand.
AIBU to think he’s too old for that?

Maybe. 5.5 month Degc loves his and jumps about happily in it but surely they are crawling or walking anyway by 9 months- or very nearly

Maybe get one on a giveaway page or secondhand. They quickly get outgrown

Surely depends how big your child is and where their development is? My eldest has always been huge and walked at 10 months, no way would he have tolerated being strapped into jumperoo at 9 months and he would have probably broken it as he would have been over the weight limit. You would get more use out of a walker or activity table. Or if you have a toy library nearby you might be able to borrow some different things and try them out?
