Without being outing I work in a role where I manage staff, plan for the month etc, deal with clients and work 38hrs p/wk to fit around childcare.
another role has come up in my sector same pay, less hours but more responsibility, dealing with more clients, working along side management but managing my own diary too.
is it worth it?
the company has advertised for it with no luck but I think if they advertise my role they will likely fill that void
