Stupid me I ordered some lovely rings from this site on Facebook. Finally arrived after 3 weeks and they are not as described. Both described as adjustable.... there not. Checked the company website and no refund on buy one get one free..... avoid at all costs. Also one star review on trust pilot. Avoid at all costs

I don't buy off FB ads having been caught once with a rubbish returns policy. Sometimes stuff looks appealing and I'll look at some trustpilot reviews to find they're lying little bastards who steal your money. Feeling smug, I then add a link to the reviews in the FB comments inviting people to read them before purchasing.

I don't trust anything advertised on FB to be legitimate. So many scams.

@Lifestooshort71 tbh I always avoid these sorts of adverts but this looked sooo good.... lesson learned. I'm going to push for a refund because it's not up to standard. The advert said fully adjustable ring but its not so.... Also left a really negative report on trust pilot lol

Just an update I had an email from the company asking for photos to show the problem. Now waiting for a reply.....
