Aldi Gin has gone to shit?

Their Haysmiths stuff used to be brilliant. Had a great flavour.
Then I noticed they had reduced the alcohol content in the flavoured gins and the taste wasn’t as good. Even the 40% stuff has lost its punch.
Loved it- probably too much.
what else is reasonably price but actually delivers?

I’m on Lidl gin currently. It’s 37.5% and good for the price but not as nice as premium gin

I shall just mourn the loss of it as it was. It was a rare gem that cost peanuts.
