Why do some people have the inability to flush loo after using it

Can’t use the flush broken/playing up excuse.

I knew the principle of flushing the loo when I was about 4.

It’s not nice seeing someone’s poo 💩 floating in the toilet.

Probably flushed but the turd refused to go!

Not poo, but my MIL does this. Doesn't use toilet paper, doesn't flush and doesn't wash her hands!

I know this, because whilst renovating, we lived in a tiny static caravan. Even thought we'd go outside to give her privacy when using the loo, you could still hear if it was flushed and if the tap was turned on.

I even said to her one time 'The toilet and sink are plumbed in, so you can use if you want to' 'Yes, I know!' 🤢
