Unsure what to do today

The hot weather is affecting both hay fever and asthma. Live in a flat so no garden. I feel bad in being couped up in my flat.

Do you "need" to do anything?

Gallery? Museum? See a friend for lunch in an air conditioned restaurant?

Go out somewhere, local museum or attraction, visit a friend/family, movies or a local cafe.

Go for a swim, or a gentle float
