Disposable vape ban is a joke

I was looking forward to disposable vapes being banned. I hate seeing dustbins covered in the stickers from the bottom of them, and kids picking them up off the floor to use the last few puffs. It's an issue at my nephew's school. But it appears that it has been bypassed by putting a charging port in the bottom of the vape. Ridiculous thing is, they aren't all refillable, and apparently you only get a few extra puffs before the vape tastes burnt, so you still need to bin it. So it is still disposable.

I used a refillable vape to stop smoking. I have now stopped vaping. So I'm not judging vapers here.

Is there something wrong with this government? It's a bit of a joke to be honest and the whole thing was entirely pointless.

Yep, it’s not worth the paper its written on. They all just now have a charging port in the bottom, the shops have a box of the chargers but don’t even give them out- because nobody is charging them, they are still just disposable vapes. They were never going to REALLY get rid of them because they simply bring in too much money. The government did enough to be able to say “welllll we tried”, that’s all.

I don’t know why people are so shocked. It’s almost like it was only a box ticking exercise for the govt that means absolutely nothing. Never seen that before, have we? 😂

I don't think anyone is shocked by anything this government anymore, just despairing.
