Hi, I’ve just noticed this spot on my son’s tooth, it looks like it’s chipped away. Is this tooth decay? Will this ruin his adult teeth? I feel so bad and like the worst mum right now.

Can any dentists help me please?

Possibly caused by dental plaque bacteria. Get him checked out by a dentist.

Yes it’s caries OP.
Are you brushing his teeth religiously twice daily with 1500ppmF fluoride toothpaste and confining all dietary sugars (both food and drinks) to the 3 mealtimes only?
Has your son has his first dental check up yet OP? Your dentist will be able to talk you through hidden sugars etc.
Never let your child fall asleep overnight with pooled milk from a bottle etc. That will cause dental caries.
It might be possible to “arrest” that carious lesion in your photo if you change something -either diet, oral hygiene routine or both.

Did you get this checked? What did the dentist say? I noticed the same on my daughter today
