Ways to earn extra money

I do work 3 days per week 10 hour shifts, I’m currently pregnant with my 2nd DC, my first has just turned 1. I am now very keen to start driving as I live out of the way and it will make my life 10x easier, however, I have worked out a driving course + a car I’m looking at around £5000 minimum. After bills etc I don’t have much free money, this usually goes on buying what I need for DD etc. are there any ways to make extra money preferably from home, I only have childcare 3 days per week and as I don’t drive I can’t take a second job any evenings when my DP gets home as public transport doesn’t run in my area late. I’m really desperate to try anything to make this possible, does anyone have ideas please?

A job with night shifts? What time is the latest bus? You could get a taxi to work and a bus home? Would that work?

It’s not wise to try to work whilst you have dc at home? No decent paying role will accept that.

There's a lot of demand for cleaners where i live - would anything like that be possible near you? I know ladies who walk to local houses and it can be quite flexible. I know one lady who offers up ad hoc deep cleans at times that suit her.

Can you cycle to anything work wise?

There are work from home jobs online, and some looking for evening shifts. Do a Google search, look at job websites a sort by remote. Read the ads to make sure it's fully remote.

Make sure it's a reputable company / organisation. No legit job would ask you to pay upfront to do it. Legit jobs pay you guaranteed minimum wage per hour. Don't fall for the scams...there are enough WFH opportunities now that you don't have to.
