Hi, I've been working with a collegue for around 8 months now but just recently I've suddenly become very attracted to him. We are both married, I would never do anything as I have young children and wouldn't jeopardise my marriage for what is clearly an infatuation. I am sure he is attracted to me as when we are in the office he generally finds an opportunity to be where I am and will teams calls me when I work from home. I don't feel worried as he hasn't overstepped the mark. Would like some advice on how to navigate and reduce these unwanted sudden feelings of infatuation on my part, I am thinking about him a lot, and its causing me some anxiety.
