Costco/kirkland water bottles have changed?

From handy pop tops to screw tops that are near impossible to close after opening.

And the plastic is so thin that its like holding a pouch of water. They dont hold their shape at all and if you drop them they explode!

Anyone else noticed this?

What do you want for about 20 pence a bottle?

Well they were the same price when they were better quality!

Don’t buy bottled water. UK tap water is very good.

Hopefully because they are now made from recycled plastic

honestly people who buy bottled water in bulk!!

get a filter on your tap / use a filter jug in your fridge

Buy a decent reusable bottle instead and fill it from the tap, or from a 5 litre water bottle if you really can't deal with tap water.

I totally agree, they are bloody awful. It’s very convenient for me to just grab a bottle when I need but these are a risk as the slightest impact makes them split and I agree getting the lid back is a nightmare!

You’re right, and they taste just like tap water too. The old ones were better looking and better tastig

Was Hoping it was a one off ! these bottle are useless, i can’t seem to get screw tops back on .
